Fathom

Sim's Fathom integration adds 5 Fathom tools and 2 real-time triggers to the AI agents you build in Sim's visual workflow builder — no code required. Access meeting recordings, transcripts, and summaries. Teams often pair Fathom with Rippling and SAP Concur in the same agent.

You can list Meetings, get Summary, get Transcript, list Team Members, and list Teams with Fathom in Sim. Each runs as a tool inside an AI agent block, so an agent can chain Fathom with services like Rippling and SAP Concur and apply LLM reasoning between steps.

Connecting Fathom takes about five minutes: (1) Create a free account at sim.ai. (2) Create an agent in your workspace. (3) Drag a Fathom block onto the workflow builder. (4) Paste your Fathom API key to authenticate — you can find it in your Fathom account settings. (5) Pick a tool such as "List Meetings", wire up its inputs, and click Run — your agent is live.

Add a Fathom block to your agent and select "List Meetings" as the tool. List recent meetings recorded by the user or shared to their team. Fill in the required fields — inputs can reference outputs from earlier steps, such as text generated by an AI block or data fetched from another integration. No code is required.

Add a Fathom trigger block to your agent and copy its generated webhook URL into Fathom's webhook settings. Sim supports 2 real-time triggers for Fathom: Fathom New Meeting Content and Fathom Webhook. Once configured, every matching Fathom event starts your agent instantly — no polling, no delay.

Sim receives the full event payload Fathom sends — typically the record or object that changed, plus metadata like the event type and timestamp. For example, the "Fathom New Meeting Content" trigger fires when new meeting content is ready in Fathom. Every field in the payload is available as a variable you can pass to AI blocks, conditions, or other integrations.
